Building Dreams: Ellison Development Breaks Ground on Benefit Home Project

March 02, 2023 • By Haunani Shipper - Total PR

Ellison Development is proud to announce its groundbreaking partnership with HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home. As part of the Greater Houston Builders Association's Benefit Homes Project, Ellison Development is making a significant contribution to the community by donating the land for a special home in Williams Reserve East, located in Conroe.

Led by Founder Bill Ellison, Ellison Development is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. "We have, of course, known about the Benefit Homes Project for years and are excited to break ground on our first benefit home and donate to this worthy charity," Ellison stated. Profits from the sale of the home will be directed to the Benefit Homes Project charities, supporting the important work of HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home.

HomeAid Houston, established in 2003 by the Greater Houston Builders Association, strives to aid those experiencing homelessness by partnering with nonprofit care providers and GHBA members to build and renovate shelters and transitional housing. Operation Finally Home provides mortgage-free homes, renovations, and transitional housing to wounded military veterans and first responders.

Williams Reserve East, the setting for this meaningful project, is a testament to Ellison Development's dedication to quality and community. Located in Conroe along FM 1484, the community offers spacious homesites of three-quarters of an acre or larger. Williams Reserve East presents an opportunity for families to embrace the comforts of modern living in a serene natural setting.

As Ellison Development breaks ground on the Benefit Home Project, we invite you to join us in our commitment to building stronger communities and supporting those in need. Together, we can make a lasting impact and create brighter futures for individuals and families across the Greater Houston area.
